Title: Broken Tape
Post by: nickgregory on January 01, 2005, 12:13:00 PM
So I go to charlotte to see one of my favorite local bands play their final show, had a great time...get back to Raleigh this morning, and place my tape in my deck to transfer it, and the tape snaps.  The break is at the end of the roll...i.e. no music....that being said, I am curious is there any way to repair the tape?  or at least a way to run it through a transfer at least once?

Sweet, hope the transfer came out clean. End-of-tape breaks are the easiest to do!

got it cloned perfectly...only problem is I apparently was not as far to the end of the tape as I thought, so I lost about 2-3 minutes of the show...luckily though, Rhett (udski) was there and has sent me his last track to splice so I will have a complete source.

Thanks for the advice though Dave...huge pain in the ass to do, but really happy I had the option!

+T to ya!
