I've been offered this for stealthing.

This is a discontinued model. I found out the specs here:

Is it a good deal or I should go for CMC-2 or CMC-4s?

I personally don't like the freq response, so I would wait till you find some cmc-2, 4, or 8's used as they don't have any in stock and it appears that they will not be making the audio technica capsules that were used in them any longer.

Wait for AT caps, either 2, 4, or 8's. You won't be disappointed.
