I wrote to Sonosax about the MINIR82, this is the response I got.....

Dear Mr Liston,

thank you for your message and for your interest in our products and new developments.
We expect the MINIR82 to become available by next april. The price is not yet determined but should be below 8'500 USD
We have now added you e-mail address in our mailing list and you wil then receive all informations as they become available.

Yeah old news.  However some are hoping (including me) that the under $8500 refers to the 8 track word clock version.  Hopefully a 2 track will be much cheaper.  How much is anyone's guess though...
