Title: switching avatars?

im sure this has been asked before but couldnt find anything searching
i know you can use avatars pre-set in ts.com and avatars from URLs, done both
my question is how do i use one from my harddrive?

post it in team potential avatars as an attachment, and the use that pics url for your profile
