Title: Need Wavelab and Sound Forge 6 Help.

Hey folks! I just finished building my laptop rig and I obtained copies of both Sound Forge 6 and Wavelab 4.0. Can someone possibly walk me through how to record with these programs. I have the basics of Wavelab down, but I haven't even began with SF6.

This is what I am running...

AKG c1000's>VXPocket V2>(Software)
