Title: Eichmann Bullet Plugs?
Post by: scervin on January 31, 2005, 12:14:18 PM: Getting some new interconnects and wondering if anyone has used these? Seems like a lot of the mod shops use them on cables.

i like the fit on them- very snug, nice coverage on the plug.

not at all, very very sturdy. actually often times i find the build better than many rca plugs.

I will probably go with the Eichmann connects depending on which cable I purchase. I'm looking at getting a pair of Wireworld Polaris 5 1M interconnects from fatwyre.com as they are 50% off (now $150) This will be stereo only, not sure who or what to go with for 5.1.

Post by: jpschust on January 31, 2005, 02:42:55 PM: i compared these to monsters, canare based home built cables with locking rcas made with silver solder, and one other cable that doesnt come to mind. i liked the blue truth as they were high end but the cost was relatively low (relative to other audiophile cabling).

I think I'll ed up with the Wireworld for 2 channel (1/2 off is pretty nice!), but Doug is really making me think about the SP1000 so I may end up with a lower ed cable for 5.1...for now.
