Post by: macacopowa on February 11, 2005, 04:55:13 AM
Hi everybody, i'm in taperssection since three months ago learning, reading and searching some information about taping, and i can say that i clarify a lot of but still have many dudes, obviously in other hand.
I have a a NJB3 and i'm planing to tape some rock, ska and rocksteady shows in small and medium venues in conditions of stealthy principally, and i planingg buy this:
SP-CMC-2 + SP-SPSB-1( Adjustable Bass Roll-off; Hinged Lid; No AC power adapter) = 273$
It's a good rig for start?? i need any special adaptor for connect this to my NJB3 line-in?? it's for add to my buy list of soundprofessionals, because i'm from spain and i don't know if i would found special cables or adaptors here

Thanks in advance

Welcome.

Yes its a good starter rig (but I'm biased, see below), and no, nothing else required. Make sure the mics come with clips, and the battery box also has the clip so you can attach it to your belt.

Budget for some import duty; you may get away with this, you may not.

Thanks for answer friend, and the budget of import duty i think usually are a 16 per cent of the total amount, but well, it's the only way to have some decent rig, here in spain is more difficult found this stuff.
Thanks again
