I'm using core sound cardioids.  My only complaint with them is that the low end is real subdued.  It's there, but you really gotta reach down to bring it out. 
Recently, I heard a show that was taped with Sound Professionals(C-4).  These mics sounded like the polar opposite of my mics.  Great frequency response, but lacks a little high end.  These mics are avail for about $169.
I was wondering if anyone had any feedback, suggestions, experience, etc....on running matix rigs.
Specifically....I was thinking about running these 2 mics thru a UA5 and into a JB3.  Any thoughts??......
