Title: DAT Repair?
Post by: IceMan on March 11, 2005, 09:55:03 AM
I have a Sony D8 and its never really had an overhaul in 8+years.  Does anyone know a place I can mail my dat deck to for just some overhaul?  I sent an email to www.oade.com and they no longer do d8 repairs.

PM is fine.

Thanks a bunch.
Regards
iceMan

man, i hope that paul is willing to teach someone his trade before too long.  it seems like he is the only 'good guy' to send your gear in for repairs.  alot rests of paul's back, i wish i had the time to intern with him for the summer or something like that.

pro-digital rawks! ;D

reach out and touch someone (610) 353-2400

if it's parts, I'm not sure you can hold that against him.

my friend borrowed my d100 for a stealth show and it ate every tape he tried.  so he sent it in.  he says no word.  i'll have him check again

and no, he didn't steal my deck.  :)
