Title: How to Burn 24 bit file show to dvd-a???
Post by: pielsticker on March 24, 2005, 09:16:24 AM
I run an Apple Imac G5 and was wondering how to get this 24/96 show onto a dvd-a or dvd-r(if possible).
Are there any freeware programs to help me through this process.   ???
Any help would be greatly apprecieated.  pielsticker

No freeware programs, but you can buy DiscWelder for Mac OS X for $99.00. It works well and will allow you to burn DVD-A discs on your internal drive.  DVD-R? Do you mean standard DVD-V discs (one's that are compatible with standard DVD players)? If that's the case, you'll need DVD-Studio Pro to burn 24/96 on those discs. Otherwise you can use iMovie and iDVD, or Toast, but you'll be limited to 24/48 in those cases.
