samplitude studio 6.0 will do this for you..  I like it a bit better than SF7 but am just more familiar with SF. so I use for all other mastering

just go
file > New virtual Project (select how many tracks, sample rate) >then select one of the project boxes. (it will put an orange outline on which box is selected.) >open your first track.
Then select the other project Box and open your second track. and wammo your off an running.
should be able to handle it from there.

LMK if ya need furthur help. although I have not used it a whole lot so Some of the ?'s I may be able to answer and some I may not.

ummm, so im gonna do a stage lip/sbd matrix from last nite, but was wondering how i know theyre synced up? and also, if theyre off, do i cut a small bit from the 'longer' source so they meet up ???

and one more, should i cut the sets up into 'chunks' so they can be easily aligned ???

thanks!

Cut the sets into chunks for sure. It will make alignment much easier. Usually you have to time stretch or "shrink" one of the sources just a little to match up.

You probably will want to cut the SBD so there are no noticeable bliips inbetween songs...

I leave my AUD tape as it is. and cut the SBD if needed to match the aud then mixdown (export) 2 tracks and track it from there.

No. The SBD was a fraction of a second longer by the end, so I would put cuts in the SBD and pull it to where it needed to be. when you started getting into the stretch thing, first, its hard to get it to stretch exactly right, second it can make it sound weird. When I was overlapping the sbd, it was FRACTIONS of a second durring silence inbetween songs that you would never be able to tell. Maybe next time you come up for a show you could come over like an hour early and I could walk you through the basics...
