I downloaded Notmad Explorer, but the trial version doesn't allow me to tranfser the files onto my computer. The Creative File Manager is not showing anything at all in "My Jukebox". I have no clue what to do. Also, what would be the best and *simplest* editting program for me to use? (Keep in mind this is my first time doing this).
Edit: Problem Solved!

Never had any problems with the Creative software. Try reinstalling it maybe???
Audacity is pretty easy - its not the absolute best editing program, but a major plus point is that its free:

This.is.so.frustrating.
I thought transferring to my computer would be the easiest part.... guess not.

This may be to simple. but I noticed the directions say to have the JB3 on AC powere when you transfer. Don't just run it off the battery.
NOtmad would not run on my machine, but the Creative Manager works.
You should see the files in Nomad Jukebox once the PC recognizes the JB3.
