Title: audio over WiFi with multiple routers?
Post by: Lil Kim Jong-Il on April 11, 2005, 02:39:56 PM
I want to try streaming some content over wifi in my house.

Has anyone done this using a pair of 54g routers to make a network?  If I set them up to offer unique local DHCP ranges and set the access keys/network id/etc  the same, will the two routers just magicly link to oneanother an pass traffic?

the easiest way would be to setup a shoutcast server using winamp.

have one computer be the server, setup the playlist you want to listen to, then have other computers connect to that server to listen using winamp.
