Title: Wavelab resample problem
Post by: fsulloway on April 19, 2005, 07:39:49 PM
a buddy just called and said he was having trouble converting from 48 to 44.1.  Wavelab goes thru the process and finishes. A box then pops up and says that WL can't save a file larger than 2 gigs. The file was only 1.6 to begin with. Any ideas?

well, most likely, his processing is in 24or 32 bit processing mode, either have him lower the processing resolution to 24 or 16 bit or (what id do) is open the file first in cdwave, split into 2 chunks, and simply put back together in wavelab, no  samples missed :)

i leave minein 32-bit rpocessing and chopallof my 16/48/44.1k stuff into 2 wav files and process from there ;)
