Title: DV-RA1000
Post by: mhibbs on April 22, 2005, 05:34:13 PM
This local Dallas taper brought one of these to the Derek Trucks show last night.  He said it is now his "DAT Replacement".  Not exactly portable, but he doesn't care b/c he seems to only tape local shows where he can plug into the wall.  (Although he did mention attempting to run it w/ an inverter and a 12v...we'll see on that).  Pretty cool though....can record in DSD and writes to DVD media.  Cost is something like $1200 he said.
