I cut little slits just above my ears on my "stelathing" baseball cap, and run the cables out the back of my hat. I usally wear a hooded sweatshirt so you can't see the wires coming out of the hat. I don't wear the hood on my head (attracts too much attention), but just push it up so it covers the cables. Sorry don't have any pictures. I've been happy with the results (using my head as a baffle).

I just use the smallest binder clips I can find (got 20 of them from Office Depot for $.79) and clip them to my hat above my temples.  THen, run the wires inside my hat, and down the back of my neck. 

Never had anyone notice.  Most people realize I am taping when I check levels, not from seeing the mics.
