Created my first dvd-a w/ Wavelab 5 tonight and there are no menus. I defined a simple menu system w/ groups for set1, set2, and the encore w/ a track listing under each group. All looked well, I created and burned the DVD and it plays fine, but there are no menus, and hitting menu on the remote gives me the ghostbusters "not available" sign on the screen. Any ideas?

i never even tried to figure it out. i was hoping someone else would. i dont mind the ones that are made by default fwiw. it took me long enough to figure out how to author a dvd-a w/o help.

I *think* I figured it out...well. I have menus that you can click through in the editor...they jump to the tracks correctly, etc. But either something didn't work when I created the DVD files (although it said "creating menus") or my DVD-A player can't read them for some reason. I have nothing but a blank blue screen, but it plays fine.

i have the blue screen but it has purple text w/ the track/disc info.

I have jack shit. I get a blue screen on my bigscreen that is essentially a no input screen. Not the blue screen that wavelab uses for the default menu. BTW, the only menu editing I did was change the background and font colors and it didn't work.

Did anyone figure this out yet? I have tried on 3 differnt dvds wth nothing. The menu comes up at the end of the dvd once it palys the entire show. However, I have not had any luck selecting the tracks and playing them. Im going to add a picture for the backgroud next time around just to see if it changes.

Never mind it works on mine you need to hit stop a few times and the top level menu. Then you can select any Track you want. ;D :o
