Title: M/S Levels
Post by: SonicSound on May 07, 2005, 07:01:41 PM
Any sugestions on how to set/monitor levels when recording M/S. I plan to do post editing and will be using a V3.  For referance say the Right channel is Fig 8.

if you're gonna decode in post, I say just run your levels like you always do.  run them so the levels are even and hot on the meters.  then just set up your m/s matrix in post and get the width you want that way...

+T I hope to have many years of recording with these caps.

The nice thing about the 5's is they give you the capability of the 4's and the 2's in one capsule
