Title: vx pocket issues (w/Peak 3.2)
Post by: Mic D on July 08, 2003, 11:44:15 PM
For some reason when I try to transfer music to my HD using a vx pocket, I get minor skips/digi noise when I play what ever I recorded back. Could it possibly be a buffering size problem? I had it set low, I guess (512). Any input is appreciated.

Thanks,
Kevin

Issues I just spoke of? That sure as hell sucks. Can some one please suggests some software that actually works then? I'm using a Power Book G4.

Thanks,
Kevin

Make sure your video accelaeration is turned down, increase the buffer size etc.  I don't know shit about macs, but this is what I would do on my machine.

Yea, all the PC users I've heard of having similar issues always find out later that it was a buffer size problems. Mine was set to one of the lowest settings (because I don't know what size does what) so maybe that's it. I guess I'll have to try it again. Thanks guys.
