Title: new flac/shn/shntool program for windows...

anyone heard of or used "traders little helper"?
it appears to be a windows verison of scott browns xact

I have not used it but it looks pretty sweet.  I just grabbed dbpower amp as I have been having issues with mkw act.  great for converting anything.  can turn shn > flac as well which is nice for my personal use.

I have also been having problems with mkw.  I can not get it to run at all.  Not sure what happened to it, but this will be nice to decode an shns

my issues for some reason ae due to my printer/scanner software.  I have to go into the task manager and shut done anything with a HP in it or mkw won't work.  check out db power amp as well.  very sweet.

dbpoweramp is excellent software!  The right click > convert to option is the greatest thing since sliced bread!  It also does a mighty fine job of reading CDs with CD text, ripping CDs in to MP3s, and adding ID tags.  I was using winamp for that and i was getting all sorts of errors in my mp3s.

Thanks for pointing this out. It looks like there is lots of great stuff packed into this little app.

does it do the batch rename thing..?
