I have 2 shows in 2 dirs with 2 sub dirs. If I add all the files I get a "cant open flies" error. If I go back and only say 1 set it works fine
-
there is a check off for decode through errors on the flac decoder...try that......
-
I dont use flac that much I have been leting shows pile up on my hard drive
-
keep all of the files in each show in each directory, no need for subdirectories for each set
-
I can do that but not really a fix. I use a program called namewiz to rename my files. It requires me to put each disc in a sub directories. I think I will copy them to a main dir when I am done

I use CK Rename and it works like a charm, only one folder needed, no subdirectories :)

Another option -- stick with namewiz and use dbpoweramp to manage your shn>flac conversions. DB poweramp allows you to right click on a file (or series of selected files) and have all selected coverted to whatever format you want, including FLAC -- you could use the windoze search function to find "*.flac" in the appropriate directory subtree, select all files found, right click and have dbpoweramp convert each file to flac (and, if appropriate delete source files when done)
