Title: Problem with SPSB-1
Post by: jkoch on June 26, 2005, 03:46:38 PM
my SPSB-1 seems to have issues where it creates static and the recording sound seems to go in/out and create a buzz if either plug moves at all (meaning mic in or line out to jb3) and sometimes it just seems to do the in/out thing on its own...i've used a different mic and different jb3 and the problem seems to be entirely from the batt box.

linked is a sound sample. i wasn't moving at all and everything was fully plugged in.

any thoughts before i buy a new box?

sorry guys, the sample got moved when i redid my site. it's up now. any ideas would be great!

the sample link is dead but maybe the problem is the common input jack issue?

as said this has been on both ends in and out from the batt box and with multiple jb3s (with the dremmel "mod" or whatever you want to call it). thanks though.
