I was wondering if any one has come up with any good ways to keep their 1/8 mini stereo cables plugged in. Sometimes when im stealthing with my Minidisc and Battery box the cables can come loose or get unplugged when in the crowd.
Thanks

tape, or change the plug to a right angle one and put a velcro strap around the entire unit.

That's happend to me twice, luckily the second time I caught it before the band started. I get paranoid now and keep feeling just to see if everythings still plugged in.
You could wrap a rubber band around the plugs pretty tight, I do it on my minidisc sometimes:

I've done this a few times and it's kept everything in place.

use a right angle 1/8" plug. Use double sided velcro. Slab the backside of the MD with the soft side of the velcro and have a couple of strips of the course side set aside to hold down the wire.

Tape the cable down flat to the back of your MD in such a way that the connector cannot come out without also breaking the wire.

This one sounds a little scary but I've done it many times in the past... just put a bead of elmers glue around the base of the plug and the unit, after of the plug is fully ingauged not down in the hole ( it goes without saying but I will anyways just incase...It only works when setting your stuff up ahead of time). I know not many of you will try this but im telling you works fantastic and it peels right off without a mark.
