Title: ISO: Someone to PLEASE make me a j-disc for my ck62/480 setup! CLOSED
Post by: F.O.Bean on July 13, 2005, 09:20:39 PM
i will pay parts+labor, you know, a reasonable price! :-*

i have been working sooo much lately that i dont have time to make one in time for this summer :'( i would normally LOVE to do this, but time+work isnt allowing it :(

i would need it for the ck62/480 setup

a nice one that came w/ everything needed would be SWEET, so i could just throw my shocks on the jdisc and roll, extra sturdiness would also be needed! since i'll have it on ck62/480+AT 8415 shocks :)

or should i just roll w/ out shocks for that kind of stuff ???

basically i wanna buy one that i can just get in the mail and throw on my stand and be ready to roll

any help is GREATLY appreciated and as always, i'll toss some shows your way if youd like :)

Thanks,
Bean

bean...i can try to help ya on this...not exactly sure of how you want to mount it...but a few pics can clear that up im sure.  I just built one for myself, but gave it to john kelly after he let me borrow his omnis for wakarusa....i still have some faux fur leftover...so it shouldnt be too much work...

If you wask him...he might could take pics of that one....

also, now tht i have one under my belt...i have some things i would like to do differently...hopefully for improvement.

as long as the baffle is pretty high quality and a decent size, I'd love for you to help me out :)

as long as it has 5/8" mic threads on each size at an optimum place on the baffle, id love one ;D

PM sending!

Bean, FWIW, MBHO makes a Jecklin disc. They run about 200 bucks though...
