  ::)  I've got a set of Octava mics that have been through the battle field.  They still pull some pretty good tapes but I think that they could use some refurbishing.  Anyone got a lead on someone versed in mods to these mics?   Thanks for the look..... ;)

I know there is at least 1 pair of mod Oktavas run by a TS regular, but I can't think who it is.

Just search for Dorsey mod and you should find what you are looking for.

someone on  this board contacted me when i replied to an old thread on the dorsey mods......  i'm in contact with him to do the mods on my mics, perhaps he will take an interest in doing yours as well ?

i shall pm him and point to this thread....
