Title: Saving PCM stereo>l/r or dual mono question (Wavelab content)
Post by: tim in jersey on September 01, 2005, 05:23:27 PM
Here goes...

I've got some 24/96 files I pulled off the 722 that I want to do some post-work on (normalizing, some EQ and 24>16 dither for the car stereo).

Both sets that I recorded are split because of the 2gb limit, which makes normalizing a problem. I want to normalize the entire set not two seperate files.

So I got to thinking, maybe I can save the PCM stereo files as two seperate mono files to workaround the 2gb limit. What option do I choose in the "save as" dialog so I can recreate the stereo PCM after processing? See below.

Ahh, found some workaround solutions in this thread: http://taperssection.com/index.php?topic=49027.0

Still trying to get my head wrapped around this and establish a workflow solution...
