Title: Stealthy omni for cityscape/ambient recording?
Post by: badlydrawncow on September 27, 2005, 01:02:36 AM
Hey all,
I've looking for a non-descript/small omni mic that would work for ambient/nature/city recordings.  So far I've found Auris mics, Audio Technica's SP-BMC-12, and Core Sound's Low Cost Binaural (LCB) Microphones to be the main contenders.  How do they compare?  Also, I'm planning on rigging the mic with the microtrack, does anyone else have one of the mics in this setup?

Many thanks!

SP-BMC-12 sound better than CS low-cost Binaurals. hands down.
