I'm looking for some input on a digital camera. I'm Looking in the $200-$300 range...leaning more towards $200, and I'm definitely leaning towards used. I want at least 4mp's, and versatility is a plus as far as exposure and black and white. Would be nice to get as much optical telephoto as possible too.
I will primarily be using it for a little bit of everything. General use, nature, shows and what not. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

4mp, 10x optical zoom, its a little bigger than most of the tiny point and shoots out now, but it has a lot more features, and the 10x zoom comes in handy when you're taking concert pictures. looks, like they can be had for around $200 or so now...and you can probably grab a 512mb xD card for about $50 which will hold a little over 180 pics on it.

If you want something a little smaller than the Olympus, you could look at the Canon range.
The Canon a95 is a 5 megapixel camera, 3X optical zoom and it's got manual controls over shutter speed, aperture etc.

Have you checked this thread? http://taperssection.com/index.php?topic=44857.0 There are a few suggestions there that may help you in making a decision. There's also a review (including pics) of the a95 here: http://taperssection.com/index.php?topic=44885.0

Those pics aren't taken with the A95. He clearly states they were shot with the Digital Rebel.

Thanks for pointing that out. I should have read the thread more carefully before I linked to it...
