I was getting ready to put a 24/44.1 recording onto a DVD using Audio DVD Creator, when I noticed the only opitions is gives you for audio is 48 or 96. What do folks use to burn 44.1?

the DVD-Video spec only allows for 48 and 96 kHz. Audio-DVD-Creator uses the DVD-Video spec.
to burn 44.1kHz, you need to burn to a DVD-Audio disc. For this, you can use discwelder, WaveLab 5, and a couple others that burn DVD-Audio discs, not DVD-Video.
You also need to be sure that your DVD player can play DVD-Audio discs.

While I haven't tried this, I believe Audio DVD Creator will resample the input to 48 or 96 (depending on what you select) so you can still burn a DVD with this program.... the question is do you want Audio DVD Creator to do the resampling for you?
