I saw a couple of months ago a setup for 2 mics with one shock mount (not active) and was wondering where it is or if some just had some info for me to set it up? I did a search and came up with nothing. I think they were 184. Any help would be great. Thanks all. ;D

I think Rob C started the post you are talking about. All you have to do is get a male threaded adapter and screw the two mic clips together, then put them in the mount. He was probably using an a-20, but it will also work with other shocks.

I also run my 184s using only 1 shockmount.
The shockmount is kinda like a clamp so I dont need
the threaded rod to keep em straight. I just clamp the stock
mounts in there and booom DINA 8)
I just use a thread adaptor to get the extra 3 cm for DIN.
Also, you might have to run RA out of the mics to get 90.

yeah, to get this to work, you definately need right angle cables.

Man, I'd like to make this work with my 480's...

I don't think this would work for the 480s because they are about twice the length of the 184s
