I bought a new computer a few weeks ago and have been getting used to it's features and was having good luck till this week.
I downloaded a show from the archive and ran it through the shn converter like I had always done in the past. It converted it fine and I sent the wav or aud files to win amp like I had always done before. everyting going well the show was playing through my computer and I asked win amp to burn a disc of the play list. Now this new machine had burned a couple of audio discs just fine earlier(audio from an archive show) and now it wont burn anymore. Winamp keeps telling me it has encountered an error and wants to send a report blah blah blah dosent burn disc. Also dosent messes up FLACs too.
Now a couple of nights earlier I burned a DVD using another program could that have messed with my win amp burnig capabilities.
speak slowly I'm an idiot with computers
TIA

I'd recommend ditching winamp as your burning app and pick up a copy of Nero
It will allow you to burn dvds and to burn audio and data cds.
It also allows you to burn audio cds directly from flac files and is pretty much the de-facto standard for cd/dvd burning around here, etc.
