I've got a wireless network set up at home. The desktop, which is about 20 - 25' from the router, but on a different level of the townhouse is constantly dropping the signal and reconnecting. It always says it has a strang connection. This is a pretty new happening. Any thoughts??

First things first, make sure you have the most up to date firmware on both the router and the wireless card.
Second, do you have any 2.4ghz cordless phones around? They operate on the same frequency as most home wireless APs and can cause some interesting issues even if the signal strength is strong.
