not trying to start a debate, just thought some would like to hear this. we switched mics at set break just for fun. it is a full show of taylor grocery band over on digital panic. i like the way both sets of mics sound. http://digitalpanic.org/bittorrent/showthread.php?p=92300

They both have qualities that I like. I would say the akg but only because they are mine. Neither stood out above the other to me.

was it a km140 vs 461 or km140 vs 463 comp? in some situation i liked the 463s better, but that's b/c they were hypers

It was 140 and 463. We were just swapping for the hell of it. Never really intended to do a comp but they both sound so good u thought others might want to hear them both from the same rig.
