Edit: I found the mk4 to be a better choice than the mk21 unless you can get the NOS distance between the mk21 caps.

I think you need at least 17cm (ortf) spacing for the mk21's for them to image well, with even better results with 30cm (nos) spacing. If you're restricted to 10 cm, I'd definitely use the mk4's and probably a wide spread around 110*.

ide run the mk21's just off stage about 4-6 rows back and put em on a mini bogen 3373 about head height with a slighly upward tilt
and turn up the levels just a bit....and those mk4's can stay @ home. mk21's are best in that envirnment, and have proven me well with alot of FOB-BTP recordings that sound most excellent. Just Run ortf and you should make a stellar tape with the 21's =)
