Title: Need Help with Mic Setup

Hello all....

I am going to tape a friends band tonight.  They are playing a small bar, and will only be putting the vocals through the PA.  I have never taped in this situation.  Any thoughts on best technique to tape.  I have Card and Omni caps with my SP C-4's. 

I have not seen the place, so I do not know the layout of the room. 

Any suggestions????

Matrix - Go onstage with the mics...and mix the board signal via the RCAs on your UA-5...

Thanks for the advice.  The sound in the room was horrible, as was there playin!!!!
