Ok I have a pair of these...
http://www.soundprofessionals.com/cgi-bin/gold/item/SP-XLRF90-XLRM90 (see pic)
and a PSP2 (see pic)
Problem is the psp2's connectors are all wrong IMO. Can't use the right angles. Can I switch around the angle of the connectors in either the PSP2 or cables? Or should I just get a 1 ft straight pair?
Also looking for an AC plug for the PSP2. Any help appreciated.

Those look like Neutrik RA connectors which can be adjusted to lots of different angles. As long as the XLRs aren't too close toether (and they don't seem to be), then you should be able to adjust the angle of the connectors. I've never tried doing this on an already assembled cable, but as long as there's a little slack in there, you should be okay. Remove the pair of screws and peek inside. The XLR barrel piece can be lifted up a few mm and turned 90 degrees, and dropped back into place.
