Title: Audiophile 2496 settings?.....

I hooked my speakers up and ran them through my soundcard but im not getting anysound from them.  My question and is how to set the soundcard settings so that they output the songs to my speakers?

Go to Control Panel > Audio and Sound Devices. Make sure that your audiophile card is selected for playback. ALso you might want to make sure that the program you are using to playback your tracks also has the audiophile card  selected for output. I had to switch winamp over when I installed my AOPEN card.

how to i change the winamp one
and do i want the windows setting on multichannel, 1/2 or spdif?

for me (I think I have winamp 2.8 ) Control + P will get me to the preferences window, then go down to the plugin bar and expand it. double click  output and then dowble click  crosfading directsound output to configure it. There should be a pull down window where you can selest the different audio devices on you computer

What should I set it to though nothing seems to work (multichannel, spf, or 1/2?) also im supposed to stick the ttje speakers in the left and right "out" jacks on the card right?

Fixed!!!! about time, I just fucked with everything and eventually it worked.  The solution was the master clock setting, I had it on spdif in and it needed to be on internal xtal, +T for the help
