what program did you use to create the actual FLAC files themselves?
if you don't already have it, you should get FLAC frontend (http://mikewren.com/page.php?2 (http://mikewren.com/page.php?2)). that's what I use to encode/decode FLAC files. to create a fingerprint, just drag your FLAC files into the window and hit the "fingerprint" button. a little pop-up will come up asking you where to save the file. just choose the folder, name the file, and it'll create a text file with the fingerprint.

also, check out the wike.etree.org site. You can find EVERYTHING you need to know about FLAC and its functions.
