When i connect my jb3 to my computer, nothing happens and my computer says I need to insert a CD-ROM for updates but I never recived a CD...how can I fix this?
-
you need to transfer jb3 files with the creative jukebox playcenter, which is found from the acommpaning cdrom that comes with the jb3
-
I bought mine used, and a CD did not come with it
-
I have a PC by the way...so xnjb does not work

make sure you have the most up to date driver
and get nomad explorer from creative's website

you HAVE to install creative's driver for the JB3.....they are pre-installed on windows and you can't find them using the driver wizard

I definitely disagree here. xNJB only supports usb 1.1 transfers. If you get the PC transferring working right, it can work with firewire, needless to say, MUCH faster ;)
But every other audio application, definitely leaps and bounds better than PC.
Just my opinion, of course! :)
