Title: Bogen Light stand adapter source [FOUND]

I'm needing a clamp on end for the Bogen Light stands to convert the end to a mic stand.  Like in the photo here....

Basically my threads on the end of my Bogen stand are stripped where the little adapter collar screws on and I need something ASAP...
