Just took a look at this for ya...it looks like you changed the folder name from beginning with RRFB to rrfb, and "AT831" to "at831". Try logging in to the FTP server, change "rrfb" to "RRFB" and "at" to "AT" in the folder name, and run checkin again.

tried that, it was all capitialized, tried checkin again, worked this morning.  no explaination i guess.

One of the other admins musta known what to do and fixed it in the meantime. Glad it worked!

Not really...look at this...no flacs or nothing...
