I have a pair of these, and in my mind, they are the worlds best omnidirectional pair. I just sold another pair of schoeps omnis to grab more of these.

Here are samples of al Messiah recording done by John La Grou(of Millennia Media) in Mondavi Hall at UC Davis. Josephson C617/MG Mk221 capsules via Millenia pre-amps. 45 cm spacing. 290cm above conductor's head. No processing, no reverb/compression/eq. 16/44.1
