Anyone currently using one?  i need some advice.

Lot's of us using one.  Head over to team iRiver and you will get plenty of advice.

Edit:  Maybe not lot's of people using the h10, but you should be able to get your questions answered over there.  Lot's of people are using the H120 & H140
