Title: UA5 Power Adapter Replacement - What size tip/plug?
Post by: davepeck on September 02, 2006, 03:58:45 PM
so my original UA5 AC adapter flaked out on me.. went to radioshack and picked up a new 9V AC adapter, with an "Adaptaplug Q" (the part that plugs into the UA5), which is 6.33mm O.D.x3.0mm I.D. i even brought the UA5 into RS with me to make sure i got a plug that fit, and this one was nice and snug. well, i get it home, plug it into the wall, and while the plug IS snug, the power goes in and out if you so much as bump the cord.  :-\

anyone know the correct adapter to get for this? thanks in advance..

I believe I've used the M in the past for the UA5
