Hi there,

Have anyone of you checked this charger with an Iriver H120?
Any kind of experience about it will be very appreciate...
Thanks and cheers...
emcdos.
I've never used that charger.
However, why not build your own for a much cheaper price? Just a thought.
is it just me...or is that thing plugged into the wrong end of the unit? ???

I wondered that too.
I just bought one of these from eBay ($11 shipped) and will report back as to how it works....

I bought one from Gomadic. The picture is just a photo shop, it really does plug into the right place.
The battery charger works, but the build quality is cheap. The plastic is thin and I expect the thing to break eventually...
I bought a battery charger from Boxwave and have been very happy with it. I have figured out that I can keep putting AA batteries in it and never run down my iRiver, even when recording. They have changed the design now, but may be even better with a retractable cord and a flashlight.

the only draw back is that you need the mini-sync, which is a bit cumbersome, to go from USB connection to the charger plug on the unit.

i have also had the unit freeze up when i tried playing and charging the unit through the computer at the same time. No problem doing one or the other, though. I often charge the unit at work after listening to it in the car.

I must admit that I've never had to use it. I've only taped at festivals with power, or one-night-and-home club/theater shows.
