Title: Seeding multiple torrents from same files?
Post by: MarkF on September 15, 2006, 03:59:10 PM

Can I seed multiple torrent sites (i.e. dime, bt.etree, COtapers, etc) from the same file set.  I know I would have to make a torrent file for each tracker, but can they all use the same set of files. Do I have to have a set of files for dime and a different folder/set of files for etree.

Thanks
Mark

I think you can run multiple torrents, but you would have to have to copy your filesets and put them in diff. locations on your HD as each torrent you create corresponds to a specific tracker...i'm pretty sure this is how it works...maybe someone else will chime in to verify...

i believe it is possible. when you create a torrent with utorrent it allows you to enter as many tracker URLs as you would like
