I use to use the creative something or other and would just check EAC. Now that I'm putting shows back on cd's with split tracks I dont want any dead space. Anyone????

Nero! 7 is the current version but Nero 6 works the best imo.

The key here is to burn the disks usuing "disk at once" -- gaps between tracks occur when you burn track at once. Disk at once used to be an option in creative's ezcdcreator's advanced settings.
If you do use nero, this is done a different way -- easiest way is to burn using nero express and check the "no pauses between track" option.

Robert:
if you're just trying to avoid 2 second gaps on burned audio disks, let us know which program you're using and I'll see if I can give you appropriate instructions. Nero's a great program, but virtually any burning program should allow you to burn disk at once without gaps.
