Title: Finally got me a hard-drive recorder...

And I do like the HD-P2 pretty much.  I've got my 8 gig cf card on the way for the 24b/96k recordings!  All will soon be good in Schoeps land....

No way man I heard the HD-P2 has a better hard drive than your dictaphone!

nice pick-up!  i just got one last month.  so excited.  battery is proving to be a bit of a challenge, but it'll be figured out soon enough.  my 'adaptaplug' isn't working at well as possible, probably just need to invest in a new batt solution instead of re-using an old battery.

I run the AA's at the moment but hopefully sooner than later the 12v can be got.  I just ordered the 8 gig card, have the 2 gig, so 24 bit coming soon!
