hi guys! :)
i always appreciate your help and got great results with your advice. :D
soon i have the chance to tape a show with the soundboard.
my friend who managed this for me, told me, the soundboard output is a simple 6,3mm jack.
so i need such an adapter from 3,5mm to 6,3mm (attached).
has anybody done a sbd recording with that gear yet?
what about record level and gain? just checking while soundcheck/beginning of the show?
thanks in advance! :-*

Is the 1/4" (6,3mm) connector mono or stereo? It's probably mono, but find out for sure, or buy both adapters.
As for setting levels/gain, it all depends on the level of the feed you receive. Just check at the start of the show, make necessary adjustments, and away you go.

alright, thank you.
when i want to save money and i only buy the stereo adapter, but the signal is mono, i only hear left OR right channel, right?
should be no problem to edit this later ;D
-
Well it's the only channel, but it will sound on the left, I think.

hi guys!
the soundboard taping went out great! really excellent quality, i had just to adjust the level gain.
and yeah it was mono, but as you know its not a problem to extend it on both channels (you are right, ryan, it was the left one).
the bands were from hardcore/metalcore genre:
die for my paradise
ebon wings
the fall of eden
one bullet left
butterfly coma
machinemade god
fear my thoughts
so thank you for your advice! :D

Is there any way to record a stereo recording from the SBD to a H120?

I read it from the begining, and this issue wasn't resolved. No need to be a dick dude I was just asking a question. Thanks for the help though, I do appreciate it =)
