Title: How do I save changes in WaveLab? (ie: Effects changes/bass roll-off)
Post by: §†∑∫åµÞ≥¥ on October 26, 2006, 04:26:05 PM
so, I rolled off some bass on a recent recording using the 'Q' option under effects and got it just where I like it, but can't figure out how to save the changes. I used 'Save As...' and just copied over the existing file (or so I thought) since I still have the raw waves on my iRiver  but when I reopened the program a few hours later the changes hadn't saved and the 'Q' effect wasn't listed on the Effects panel anymore. ideas or suggestions? thanks. WaveLAb is amazing but oh-so confusing.

render. and AMKE SURE you comb over all of the options in the render box, inputs/outputs/etc

are you doing multiple files? if so, you have to do the batch file and the whole selection and to make a new file, if doing any resampling/dithering, you have to make sure the wav properties are set to change, like set the properties dialog box to 16-Bit when dithering from 24-bit, etc

any questions, shoot me a PM
